Lisa Sennhauser-Kelly works with experienced leaders navigating complex organisational environments.
Before establishing her leadership advisory work, she has held senior leadership roles across three continents, including C-suite and Managing Director positions in international organisations.
Her corporate experience spans global finance, cross-border operations, regulatory environments and complex transformation initiatives. She understands first-hand the demands placed on senior professionals operating under scrutiny and pressure.
Over the past decade she has worked with senior professionals and leadership teams across multiple industries, supporting them in strengthening their authority, influence and organisational impact.
Her work reflects both direct leadership experience and a decade of working alongside senior leaders navigating complex systems.
