About Lisa

I work with senior professionals navigating complexity, visibility, and increasing responsibility. As an Executive Coach, and with scalable leadership programs that I created myself.

My career has been built across Australia, the United States, and Switzerland within large financial institutions and international environments.

As a woman in senior financial environments, and as a mother of two, I understand the realities of navigating visibility, expectation, and difference while maintaining conviction.

Before focusing fully on BlueSky in 2016, I held senior corporate leadership roles, including C-suite level positions leading global teams and complex transformation initiatives.

From my own experience, and learning from my clients, I understand leadership at scale: strategically, politically, and humanly, because I have operated within it.

Today, I partner with high-performing professionals who are ready to expand their authority and operate at greater altitude.
